Add an hour from $100, a backdrop from $100, premium props from $50, a custom overlay from $25. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due seven days before the event.
Where we work: the booth is based in Madison, which puts Nashville and most of Middle Tennessee inside an easy drive - downtown, The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Midtown, 12South, Berry Hill, Donelson, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Brentwood, Franklin, Mt. Juliet, Bellevue, Antioch and Murfreesboro. Travel inside Davidson County is included; outside the county we quote it with your date.
Booking notice: because the booth is physically based here, Nashville dates can often be booked inside two weeks. Peak Saturdays in spring and December go early.

A: Yes. Travel inside Davidson County is included in the rate. Outside the county we quote it up front with your date.

A: Yes. Broadway venues have their own load-in rules, so tell us the bar and we will handle the coordination.

Q: How much space does the booth need?
A: The stand has a small footprint and needs one standard outlet. Tell us the venue and we will tell you if it works.
Q: Can the booth be used outdoors?
A: Yes, as long as it is a shaded or covered area with access to power.
Q: Is Wi-Fi required for instant sharing?
A: Wi-Fi is preferred, but we can run offline and deliver the full gallery afterward.
Q: Can you put our logo on the photos?
A: Yes. Custom overlays start at $25 and we build them before the event to match your theme or brand.
Q: What is the deposit?
A: 50% holds your date. The balance is due seven days before the event.
